ESOL tutor required for a part time support role in Tameside
I am currently working with a school who have a couple of children who are refugees.
You will be required to have:
The ability to be flexible, dynamic and innovative in the delivery of ESOL programmes
The ability to deliver ESOL learning opportunities in a range of environments, e.g. 1:1 tuition, group work, within practical activities
Being willing, and able, to take responsibility for the development of existing and new curricula centred around delivering ESOL
A willingness and ability to move from one programme to another at short notice to meet the needs of a dynamic workload
Be keen to support children with EAL, who might have some challenging behaviours or be SEMH.
