The Education Network team provide a range of education and recruitment functions to our schools and colleges across Greater Manchester. Demand to reach out and attract the brightest talent in our field is growing and as such we are needing an in house recruitment resource to support at our Stockport site.
What we need:
You're an experienced recruiter having worked onsite or are interested in this type of role.
You have to be results-oriented, you follow processes accurately and communicate with people at all levels, offering ideas on how recruitment functions and candidate attraction can be improved.
You have worked in the care or education industry are enthusiastic about finding the right people and matching well to maintain continuity.
You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment experience from taking the brief to assisting with on-boarding activities.
You will be using a range of direct approaches, recruitment tools, working with databases and social media.
You will also be providing guidance and advice to recruiting managers, finding talent for a variety of roles across the organisation, and reducing the need for third party agency costs through direct hire.
