PMLD/SLD Teacher Required
Location - South Manchester
The Education Network are pleased to offer an exciting teaching post within a special education needs school located in the South of the city, in a large urban area. Our client school works with students from 3 - 19 years with varying levels of ability, many of which struggle to communicate verbally. In this post, the successful candidate will working with students from 8 - 19 years and will be experienced in teaching students working below national curriculum levels. For this position the school will consider full time or part time (down to .6) and this could become a permanent position for the right candidate.
The essential criteria for this position is:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent)
- Experience teaching students with profound and multiple learning difficulties and severe learning difficulties
- Experience teaching students working below national curriculum levels
