SEN Teaching Assistant

Birmingham

£60 Per Day

The Education Network is currently recruiting for a Local SEN School who require a fantastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team on an ongoing basis. This Primary SEN school are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has experience working with children with statements of special educational needs for autism. This fantastic environment that provides excellent support to pupils, with supportive and highly trained staff who always put pupils needs first. This is a great opportunity for a SEN Teaching Assistant who is looking for a rewarding opportunity working with pupils that require additional learning support. Easily accessible from  East Birmingham, Solihull, Bordesley Green, Minworth and surrounding areas.  

Ideally you will be:


-          A SEN TA or Learning Mentor used to working with children with barriers to learning


-          A confident classroom practitioner able to support lessons in a creative and inspiring manner


-          Used to finding creative and interactive solutions


-          Encouraging participation in lessons


-          Happy to work on a 1-2-1 or small group basis


-          Able to provide support to teaching staff


-          A friendly, professional  and dedicated Teaching Assistant or Learning Mentor


-          Able to provide recent, relevant education references
